Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders at any time before they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order after payment, please contact us at support@jhazala.com within 12 hours. Once the order has entered the packaging and shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Please inform us promptly, and we will provide a return address along with the choice of a replacement or a refund.
  • General Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our support team. We will endeavor to resolve your concerns and explore refund or replacement options.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This applies to both returns for defective items and general returns.
  • Non-refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
    • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the incorrect shipping address).
    • Orders that have been in transit beyond the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, unless a refund request is submitted within 15 days after this period. Refund requests can be made by sending a message through our Contact Us page.

Please note that all refund requests are subject to our review and discretion. We aim to process refunds promptly, but it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
